How is this different from a $59/month maintenance plan?+
Those plans handle updates and backups — and stop there. Anything real ('can you add a form?', 'can this talk to my calendar?') gets declined or billed hourly. Your Webmaster plans include actual development time from the same developers who build our client sites, so your website keeps getting better, not just patched.
What counts as a 'small edit'?+
Text and image changes, hours, menus, adding a testimonial, tweaking a section — the everyday stuff. You email it, we do it. Bigger work (new pages, features, integrations) comes out of your plan's development time, and we always tell you before anything would cost extra.
What's in the monthly worklog?+
A plain-English email listing everything we did that month — updates run, edits made, development shipped, and anything we noticed that needs attention. If a month is quiet, the worklog says so honestly.
Do I have to be locked into a contract?+
No. Every plan is month to month and you cancel with one email. Your site, hosting, and code are in your name (see the Own-It Guarantee), so leaving is genuinely easy — we'd rather keep you with results than with paperwork.
Can you take over a website someone else built?+
Yes — that's our Website Rescue & Takeover service. Most rescues roll straight into a Webmaster plan once everything is documented and stable.
Do you monitor the automations you build?+
Yes. Any automation or integration we build for you is monitored under your plan — when an API changes or something silently breaks, fixing it is our job, not your surprise.
